Welcome to Nvibe Day Spa. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Appointments
- Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone call, or our online form.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to allow for a consultation.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session; the full price remains payable.
- Nvibe Day Spa reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time for legitimate reasons.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service price.
- Rescheduling is free if requested at least 2 hours in advance.
- Nvibe Day Spa may cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, with full compensation or rescheduling offered to the client.
3. Payments
- Full payment is due at the time of service unless an advance has been agreed upon.
- We accept cash, all major UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price at the time of booking will be honoured.
4. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, and medications prior to receiving any treatment.
- Nvibe Day Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to clients whose health conditions make the requested service inadvisable.
- Pregnant clients should inform us and only services suitable for pregnancy will be offered (second trimester onwards).
- Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.
- Persons under 18 require written parental consent for any service.
5. Code of Conduct
- Nvibe Day Spa is a professional wellness establishment. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexual conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Clients are expected to treat staff with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Photography or recording within treatment rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones should be silenced in treatment areas out of respect for other guests.
6. Liability
- Nvibe Day Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions to treatments resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the spa. Please leave valuables at home.
- Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
7. Gift Vouchers & Packages
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
- Package deals are subject to availability and must be used within the stated validity period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nvibe Day Spa website — including text, images, logos, and design — is our intellectual property. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
