Steam Therapy at Nvibe Day Spa Bangalore

Private Steam Therapy

Steam therapy (steam bath) is one of the oldest and most effective wellness practices in the world — used in Roman baths, Finnish saunas, Indian hammams, and Turkish baths for millennia. At Nvibe Day Spa, we offer private individual steam rooms where you can immerse yourself in warm, aromatic steam at the ideal therapeutic temperature (42–45°C) for a truly detoxifying and relaxing experience.

Our steam rooms can be enhanced with your choice of herbal essences — eucalyptus, peppermint, lavender, or camphor — infused into the steam to create an aromatic herbal sauna experience. Steam therapy is an ideal pre-massage warm-up or a standalone detox and relaxation treatment.

Steam Therapy Process

  1. Pre-Steam Shower

A quick cool shower before steam to cleanse the skin surface and prepare the body to sweat more effectively.

  2. Herbal Essence Selection

Choose your herbal steam essence — eucalyptus for respiratory, lavender for relaxation, or peppermint for invigoration.

  3. Steam Session

Relax in your private steam room at 42–45°C for 15–30 minutes as the aromatic steam opens pores and promotes sweating.

  4. Cool-Down

A warm shower washes away released toxins and excess oils. The contrast between warm steam and cool shower further stimulates circulation.

  5. Hydration & Rest

Herbal tea and cool water are provided to rehydrate after steam. Rest for 10–15 minutes to allow your body to return to normal temperature.
